Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Recruiting Sourcing Specialist to help support, screen and qualify candidates, and support our Staffing Team. This position will work with Staffing Managers to understand the industry and desired skill sets of candidates. You will learn skills in sourcing and screening to successfully match candidates with our client’s job openings. The Recruitment Sourcing Specialist will work to identify new ways to find qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including social media.  This opportunity could offer a great career path into recruiting.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative sourcing techniques to find perspective candidates
  • Source/identify qualified candidates, outreach and screening by phone and email, and transition candidates to a Staffing Manager
  • Help manage our resume ad response email database
  • Utilize social media for leads
  • Post open positions on various job boards
  • Work on our internal applicant tracking system to add information and run reports
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates with clients, including preparing candidates for interviews
  • Shadow and support the Staffing Manger during the candidate placement process
  • Cover for Staffing Managers when they are out of the office
  • Complete additional projects and assignments as needed, including candidate                       paperwork and follow-up
  • Cultivate relationships with local college career centers to better reach recent graduates and represent the WinterWyman brand at local college career fairs to engage with students
  • Participate in multiple trainings across various venues including live training as well as   Podcasts, online training and roundtable discussions
  • Develop marketing campaigns to promote open jobs

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

•      Bachelor’s degree or related experience

•      Excellent listening and communication skills

•      Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and achieve results

•      Proficiency with MS Office and other applications

•      Strong level of comfort with Social Media tools

•      Ability to multi-task

•      Strong attention to detail

•      Ability to work independently and collaborate with peers and Recruiting Team to develop a cohesive environment
