Meet Mike Greene
Michael Greene, a Principal with WinterWyman Executive Search, is known for his direct and detailed approach. Since 2011, Mike has utilized his network of executive-level talent and knowledge of large and emerging companies to foster cohesive relationships. His candidates rely on him to reveal the true impact that a particular position or employer can have on their careers. Looking to challenge the stereotypes of retained search firms, Mike’s key mission is to provide his executive candidates with the full spectrum of company information so they can make the best career decisions possible. Mike genuinely enjoys learning about the inner workings of an employer and the type of profile that will succeed there. Having started his career recruiting in the Greater Boston market, he made the transition to the NYC market and now supports searches on a national scale.

Mike has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of New Hampshire where he also played football. When he’s not advising his executive candidates, Mike is a health and nutrition fanatic who loves to stay active and volunteer his time at Cradles to Crayons and Birthday Wishes.
