As Executive Vice President of Marketing, Elizabeth Spayne develops promotional and branding strategies that expand and further strengthen the position of WinterWyman and the firm’s businesses in the marketplace. She has extensive experience designing and implementing social media, public relations and communication programs in both the consumer and business-to-business sectors. Prior to joining WinterWyman, Elizabeth served as Director of Marketing for Keystone Partners, a career management firm headquartered in Boston. Previously, she was Corporate Communications Manager for CareMatrix Corporation, a publicly-traded senior housing developer and operator. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s degree from Providence College.

Never be afraid to network - people like being asked for their advice. And make sure that's what you are asking for: advice, not a job.

Haphazardly applying for jobs that you are over- or underqualified for. I know it's tempting, but don't do it!
