It is best for employers to keep their candidates engaged throughout the process and move quickly to make the right hire.

I see employers and job seekers alike who are too focused on their own agenda. It is always important to take a step back and consider the other party. For clients, this can help reduce turnover, and for candidates, this increases their likelihood of landing their dream job.
