Position Summary:

As part of the WinterWyman Help Desk team, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support and assistance for all WinterWyman related software, hardware and computer systems for all WinterWyman employees in a timely and efficient manner.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Become main focal contact for the Winter Wyman Help Desk ensuring that all user issues and requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Analyze and resolve end user's Information Systems problems by telephone, remote connections, on-site and remote location support.
  • Provide Microsoft Outlook, Terminal Services, Microsoft Office 2016 suite and Bullhorn Application Support including mobile device support.
  • Perform User Account setups and changes (this includes PC and Phone setups and office adds, moves and changes).
  • Provide Printer, Copier and Fax / Fax Server support and maintenance.
  • Provide technical support and ongoing maintenance for related network hardware and software including software installations and PC imaging.
  • Provide basic phone system and headset support.
  • Provide special projects support and other duties as assigned.

 

Education, Experience & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required and a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or Technical Trade School or Technical certification preferred.
  • “Hands On” IS/IT Help Desk experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows7 and Windows10, Microsoft Outlook 2016, Microsoft Office 2016 and mobile devices.
  • Any Bullhorn Application or Mitel phone system experience a plus.
  • Must be able to work independently to research and resolve users' questions.
  • Must be a Team Player and be able to interact with the HelpDesk Team.
  • Must have very good communications skills and be detail oriented.
  • Must be able to maintain a professional attitude.

  • Perform industry and company specific research to influence strategy around current prospects to create warm leads for the sales team.
  • Analyze internal and external resources for potential clients using systems such as Bullhorn, Zoom Info, and LinkedIn.
  • Report lead generation to sales team daily.
  • Conduct reference checks for key clients.
  • Review clients WinterWyman has partnered with in the past and identify where there are missing opportunities.
  • Work with other divisions throughout the organization on generating leads.
  • Partner with sales team to identify where they need help gathering client data.

The Staffing Manager/Recruiter is responsible for working with candidates through all phases of the recruiting life cycle. The day-to-day role of the Staffing Manager is to act independently, exercise independent judgment and discretion with skilled candidates, effectively source, interview and match candidates to current and future job requirements. This role requires the ability to create employment partnerships with candidates in order to effectively manage their career search. The Staffing Manager is an exempt position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively source candidates using a variety of methods, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Organize candidate search process and manage expectations around rates, titles, and client requirements.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews with clients by providing tangible and detailed information that will help to ensure a successful interview process.
  • Maintain effective and frequent communication with candidates to develop long term relationships.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of all offers to candidates.
  • Work independently and exercise independent judgment in the determination of engaging, developing and maintaining suitable candidates.

 

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience - previous recruiting or sales experience a plus.
