Position Summary:

WinterWyman is searching for Sales Professionals / Account Managers for our Waltham office. The Sales Professional / Account Manager is a sales position that requires independence and strong judgment for identifying, building, and maintaining client relationships. In this role, you will establish a staffing partnership with client companies and work closely with your recruiting team to present profiles of appropriate candidates, match candidates to the jobs, and negotiate client company terms and conditions.   • Learn the client’s corporate culture, interview process, benefit information, etc. to become an extension of their staffing team.
  • Advise clients regarding employment trends, including candidate availability, compensation structures and most desired benefit and employment packages.
  • Manage client company expectations by building trust and respect in order to control timeliness, rates, exclusivity, responsiveness, etc.
  • Provide feedback from the client to the Recruiting Team in order to ensure strong candidate matches and line up interviews in a timely manner.
  • Work independently and exercise independent judgment in the determination of engaging, developing and maintaining suitable clients.

 

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or related experience - previous recruiting or sales experience a plus.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Strong time management and project management skills; ability to multi-task in fast paced, competitive environment.
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to persevere and be resilient in face of set-backs and challenging sales goals.

Client Support Associate view Permanent Metro West 8/23/2017

Position Summary:

The focus for the Client Support Associate will be supporting our client account management efforts.  The Client Support Associate (CSA) will aid key members of the Account Management team.

 

Responsibilities:

This position will primarily be responsible for existing client management and sales operations.  Duties and responsibilities may include but will not be limited to:

  • Visiting client offices to gain an understanding of their location, environment, culture, and to develop relationships with client contacts.
  • Participating in job calls to gain an understanding of what the stated requirements are, what the client really needs, and what type of personality will be best to fill their role.

Position Summary:

The Researcher role is responsible for collaborating on assigned retained searches and has a focus on search execution. The Researcher will provide market and company insights as well as candidate ideas spanning across all industries, as required by client assignments. Throughout client engagements, the Researcher will be required to think creatively and systematically to identify comparable companies and industries from which relevant prospects may come, as well as decide how to find individuals who would be strong candidates for a particular search.

Responsibilities:

  • Works as a thought partner to Consultants and Associates, providing excellent problem solving, perspective, and market knowledge, throughout the duration of the assignment. Able to leverage internal and external networks to gain information and/or insights to drive better solutions for clients.
  • Perform market and industry research to influence strategy around current searches as well as pre-search activities. Works with the team (Consultants, Associates, Admin, etc.) and uses process expertise to consistently deliver solutions for the client with a high level of efficiency.
  • Conduct exhaustive research utilizing the company’s internal database, LinkedIn, and other online and subscription-based resources to identify appropriate candidates for exclusive and retained searches.
  • Actively partners with colleagues to deliver high quality solutions by asking questions, sharing knowledge/information, testing assumptions and openly discussing issues.
  • Develop an understanding and awareness of all logistics and efforts associated with key searches in order to provide project and data management strategy throughout the lifecycle of a search.
  • Utilize strong writing capabilities to prepare candidate profiles and progress reports for both the Consultants and Clients that summarize search activity and the research that has taken place on the search.
  • Collaborate with Associates and Consultants to develop correspondence for candidate outreach. The Researcher will have the opportunity to engage candidates for select searches and facilitate positive candidate introductions to Associates and Consultants.
  • Participate in search kick-off meetings, client visits, and conference calls led by Consultants with select clients.
  • Collaborates with the Research Manager with the continued identification and development of research resources, tools and techniques, along with the overall growth of the Research Team.
  • Utilize strong prioritization and time-management skills, as Researchers typically are required to execute multiple projects for clients and Consultants in addition to completing daily tasks associated with the role.

Position Summary:

The Recruiter role within the Search organization identifies, qualifies and recommends suitable candidates to client side Consultants in a variety of capacities.  Using previous experience in a recruiting or research role demonstrates the aptitude and skill required to qualify suitable candidates for client jobs.
