Position Summary:

WinterWyman is searching for Sales Professionals / Account Managers for our Waltham office. The Sales Professional / Account Manager is a sales position that requires independence and strong judgment for identifying, building, and maintaining client relationships. In this role, you will establish a staffing partnership with client companies and work closely with your recruiting team to present profiles of appropriate candidates, match candidates to the jobs, and negotiate client company terms and conditions.   • Sell WinterWyman as a business partner to prospective client companies through multiple resources – including cold calling, client visits, referrals, social media, etc.
  • Build trusted relationships with client companies, and manage fee negotiations, conversion rates and bill rates.
  • Learn the client’s corporate culture, interview process, benefit information, etc. to become an extension of their staffing team.
  • Advise clients regarding employment trends, including candidate availability, compensation structures and most desired benefit and employment packages.
  • Manage client company expectations by building trust and respect in order to control timeliness, rates, exclusivity, responsiveness, etc.
  • Provide feedback from the client to the Recruiting Team in order to ensure strong candidate matches and line up interviews in a timely manner.
  • Work independently and exercise independent judgment in the determination of engaging, developing and maintaining suitable clients.

 

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or related experience - previous recruiting or sales experience a plus.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Strong time management and project management skills; ability to multi-task in fast paced, competitive environment.
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to persevere and be resilient in face of set-backs and challenging sales goals.
  • Ability to deal with conflict and strong problem solving skills.

WinterWyman, is hiring entry-level sales professionals to participate in our Client Support Specialist program in our Waltham office. The goal of this program is to promote the Client Support Specialist into the Account Manager/Client Development role working with our client companies. Our comprehensive training plan will teach you all aspects of the staffing business including client acquisition, development and management within an exciting recruiting environment. Over a six month period, you will learn how to prospect, qualify, build relationships, support and manage new business. While this is primarily a client-facing role, you’ll also be exposed to the full recruiting cycle including sourcing of candidates from job boards, job postings and the interview process.

 

The duties of the CSS will include the following:

  • Conduct market and company research using Google, Zoom Info, Linked In, etc.
  • Analyze hiring trends.
  • Accompany Account Managers to client site visits.
  • Support the placement process by scheduling and preparing candidates for interviews.
  • Utilize WinterWyman’s CRM to book activity such as interviews, appointments, placements, etc.
  • Marketing campaigns.
  • Assist senior staff with prospecting.

Content Specialist view Permanent Metro West 4/25/2019

Finding qualified, skilled and expert talent starts with well-written job descriptions! WinterWyman’s Marketing department is seeking a Content Specialist to help write, edit and post job descriptions for a variety of industries and specialties, while elevating and improving our job posting process. Your ideas will be heard, your creativity is welcome and your skills are valued!

Responsibilities:

  • Work with WinterWyman Account Managers, Recruiters and other team members to define jobs, flesh out details and craft results-driven job descriptions.
  • Write, edit, proofread and refine the write-ups.
  • Post to appropriate channels including our Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn, Monster and more.
  • Continue with support in publicizing, getting found online and continually improving the job description writing and posting process.  
  • Manage postings distribution on our website.
  • Run reports on job activity.
  • Work with the Marketing team to define and implement a process for posting specific jobs to appropriate social media channels.
  • Grow this role and contribute to the growth of WinterWyman with other projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years working in a professional environment
  • Demonstrated writing skills with strong knowledge of grammar/editing
