Executive Assistant

Leading Marketing Organization is looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team on a contract-to-hire basis! The Executive Assistant will support on Vice President of the organization. The Executive Assistant will possess excellent communication, prioritization and organization skills!  If you have supported executives with high volume travel schedules, please apply! 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Experience supporting more than 1 manager.
  • Experience coordinating events.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce software. 
  • Google Docs exposure.
  • Event planning and scheduling experience (determine venue, set up room, order audio/visual, order food/beverage, and coordinate with hotel management).
  • Digital Media and Advertising industry experience.
