A Little About Me
The one piece of advice I always give to employers or job seekers is:
Employers, be clear on the profile of the candidate you are looking for. With that said, be open minded and willing to go outside the box. If you resonate and connect with a candidate, move forward because candidates move quickly and you can risk losing out on someone who is a good fit for your organization. Job seekers, be yourself. Be present, calm and committed to finding the right fit for you. Don’t compromise who you are. If you don’t get the job you want, don’t give up and trust you will end up in the perfect place for you! The world is your oyster.
The biggest mistake I see employers or job seekers make is:
I see employers who pass on good candidates because they want to keep shopping around to see who else is out there. Employers miss out when they don’t take immediate action. Mistakes I see job seekers make is accepting the first opportunity they get out of desperation. It is important to be patient and to trust that there is the right job for you. I’ve also seen candidates not following up after an interview with a thank-you note! This action make a big difference :-)
The favorite part of my job is:
My personal interests are:
I crave adventure and connection with the outside world. When I am not working, you can find me swimming, running, biking, attending a hot yoga class, creative writing or reading a new book. I like to spend time with my close friends and family, travel and explore new restaurants around the city.
