The one piece of advice I always give to employers or job seekers is: 

Job seekers should always focus on selling themselves to potential employers and let them know how they can add value and make an impact immediately.

The biggest mistake I see employers or job seekers make is: 

When job seekers don't focus enough on selling themselves and their skills effectively in order to differentiate from the competition.

The favorite part of my job is: 

The relationships I have built with candidates and my colleagues over the past 15 years. I truly enjoy helping my candidates, who are in transition, find a good interim solution or a stepping stone to a full-time job.

My personal interests are: 

Family, food/cooking, traveling and real estate.
